All non-polar material has epi-ready CMP polish on one face. If you would like (0001) silicon face material, please click here. Please add each item to cart and indicate correct quantity without going to Google Checkout. Price should automatically update with quantity. When you are done with all items, then select Google Checkout by pressing button.
