Aymont is selling silicon carbide wafers made by its proprietary growth process. Non-polar orientations are being sold for growth of materials including non-polar gallium nitride, as well as other specialty applications. We are developing semiconductor devices for cleantech applications. These applications have exceptional relevance as energy costs are skyrocketing. We have demonstrated silicon carbide avalanche photodiodes and are developing these for various applications.
